		<description>I get carried away a lot. I get excited and passionate about something and just take off - and forget just because I can do something doesn&#039;t mean I should. Or that it adds value. Just because I can have the shiny new thing, doeasn&#039;t make it the right thing for the project.

That&#039;s a big challenge for me. I&#039;m clipping this and adding it to my corkboard so it&#039;s in front of my face each day as a reminder.
